PelvisPresley
I think the NCAA ought to do all the scheduling for everyone on a yearly basis...much like the NFL does --> trying to put together schedules based upon a perceived strengths (year before) 1 to 130 or whatever teams we have. Teams 1 to 65 would have their games all against each other and teams 66 through 130 would have theirs against each other outside conference mandatory games. All conferences should have the same amount of teams. 12 makes the most sense. You should play 8 conf games-5 division and a full 3 team per year rotation from the other division (no protected rivalries). Then you should play 2 P5 non conf games and schedule who you wish as the other 2.....fcs games don’t count towards bowl eligibility. This would make it to where the P5 college football playoffs would be picked from teams scheduling similarly. Teams that play extra P5 teams ooc would be given extra consideration. DB2point0
G5 teams could have their own playoffs and claim their superiority after not proving their worth on the field against P5 teams. Their trophy could say G5 national champs
