Looking at the 4A from a high level, you could possible see more 4 team districts. Some of the teams that are moving are obvious, such as Sanger and N Lamar. Sanger will move to District 3 with Aubrey and that group. N Lamar could go to District 5 or 6....not much difference in the proximity to the schools in each district. What is interesting is District 8 and 9. District 8 could end up being a 4 team district as well as District 9. If Carthage drops, I could see them ending up in District 9 with Jasper. Van will move to District 7 with Canton. A lot of this depends on who is moving up from 3AI or dropping from 5AII. I have not see much movement, if any from those two divisions. Yes they release the cutoff numbers, snap shot # and tell what each classification each school will be in December and then release district realignment in Feb. Search UIL Rank Order and see what they release..
MattStepp
I am always amazed at people wanting stuff for free all the time lol There's a reason local newspapers are dying etc...it takes a lot of time and effort to collect data for the entire state, there's a reason no one else has it...you can wait til after Thanksgiving and get it for free from the UIL but peep shows aint free!!! LOL I think the cost of a DCTF subscription is well worth the price, considering we send you a magazine (early might I add)....and you pay what 12 bucks w/tax at the store?? So the cost of a year subscription is like 20 bucks or so....and you get a lot of extras.... As for the snapshot # right now my guess for 6A is about 2205 and 5A D1/D2 is about 1865 or so....still some data I need to collect etc....but we are getting close...we've got nearly 1000 numbers turned in now...

LOL Yeah, but most of them give you 3 or 4 pageviews per month before the paywall comes up. If you're clicking around to different papers that you never read (and have no interest in reading again) then you should be fine. Or, uh, so I've heard. It's a shame the leadership of so many local newspapers don't do a better job of taking care of their sportswriters and photographers. At least in my experience. I can think of numerous community papers that would scarcely be read were it not for their coverage of school athletics.
