yoenation79
Friday Nov. 22nd. 7:30 @ Magnolia West Thoughts? This could be one of the best matchups statewide in any division.

Yoe09
It certainly is a great matchup. If you subscribe to a popular power poll, this is actually #1 (Diboll) Vs. #2 (Cameron Yoe). Another power poll has it as 2/3. Regardless, these are good very good football teams. If you're Diboll, you certainly want to come out and establish your run game early. If the Jacks are able to get 5-6 yard chunks early, then it may be a long night for the Yoe defense. Cameron must force those predictable passing situations. For the Yoe offense, are you going to be overwhelmed by what has been an extremely dominant d-front? Cameron has thrown for 2,600 and ran for 2,500 this season, and that same balance needs to be there on Friday.

Can’t beat a top 10 playoff matchup.
yoenation79
This is one of those games where there is nothing but respect for what both teams have a accomplished up to this point of the season. The perennial Cameron Yoe offense and the dominating defense of the Lumberjacks. What a great time to be a fan of Texas High School football. Guest Tiger03lb
If yoe's defense plays like they have been the past few games and forces diboll to start throwing early and puts pressure on the qb. They'll be fine on defense. Diboll's qb can hurt anyone with his legs if he has a scramble for yds. Yoe will have to keep it balanced against Diboll to win. Imo, I think they'll find success running up the middle and making mid range throws. I'll take yoe by 7-10 points. This will be a great game here. Jay2019
this Game will come down to Yoe offensive line if thy can give qb time which is easier said than done. If passing game doesn’t get going it will b a lot of 3 n outs for them.

StingEmALTO
I’m going with Diboll by a TD. Won’t be surprised if Yoe takes it, but hoping Diboll can make a deep run.

regitytinirt
Diboll's defense is strong but Yoe will be able to put pressure on Diboll's defense like they have never seen before this season. Yoe by 14+.

VZCR
Texas Hometown Football Cameron – Diboll Preview The Diboll Lumberjacks arrived at this point last season scoring 411 points allowing 128 and currently the Jacks have scored 464 points while allowing only 42. In 2018 the Cameron Yoemen scored 500 and allowed 177 and this season Yoe has scored 550 and allowed 206. Diboll’s defense has no doubt improved. The Yoemen offense is well balanced and does not miss many opportunities to put the ball into the end-zone. Diboll’s defense will need to make Yoe drive the ball and not score on big plays. In turn, Diboll’s offense will need to control the ball and not commit turnovers. It would be nice to see a fresh face in the final eight teams, but Yoe’s experience and success is without doubt a big factor.
yoenation79
This game will come down to turn overs and which coaching staff can make game time adjustments. I'm going with Yoe tradition and their balance on offense. Yoemen by
CenTexFootballFan19
Yoe are still a heavyweight team and the experience has to be a factor. That said, Diboll's has gotten a lot better and their defense has been playing at an elite level. 35-14 Diboll in this one.
