Especially when your brother is the one asking you to come take those D1 dollars.

Coaching D1 football, working for your brother, make a lot of money that can still go to your TRS retirement. and you get to stay in Texas.

I would be willing to bet he takes the job

  • LOL changed the title to Will Kurt Traylor join Jeff Traylor at UTSA?

Coats reporting a job has been offered. Kurt still, according to reports, is undecided.

Wonder what position? OL coach?

Billy Ray again confirmed today that an offer has been extended. As of yet there has either not been a decision or it has not been announced.

Personally, knowing both a little bit, I just cannot see Kurt not going. But I've been wrong before. I really think he enjoys REL a whole lot. That makes the decision very hard.

Traylor has hired an Offensive Line Coach/Run game Coordinator from Mcneese state.

Looks like most of the Offensive staff is in place. No high school Coaches. CB & Safety Coaches hired as well.

2 East Texas Head High School coaches were offered.

It's kind of nice that there are still some coaches that are loyal to their team, school, fans and community - if they were offered and turned it down.

Can't blame him. If I had an opportunity to raise my professional profile, earning potential, and work with my brother, it'd be an easy yes.

It would have to be Surratt or Gipson I would assume. Get them guys in college and Buckeyes might have a chance again 🤔🤔

Surratt leave Carthage for UTSA.... bwahahaha!!!

That’s a good funny.

That’s a little different situation than Surratt is in for any job at UTSA versus his current position and position his program is in.
