It's a hard and thankless job sometimes. I have to also throw in Lobofan07 for the stuff he does on the football season side of things too. it's hard work and a lot of hours just to do this on a one team level. I can't imagine trying to do this for multiples of teams. Thanks again to both of you. 1

They will likely host Tyler (4-15-4) in the first round of the playoffs barring some really odd things happening down in 16-5A on Friday night. Mount Pleasant (14-6-1), who has ruled the district for the last decade, settles in to second place. They will likely face what has been an inconsistent, yet very dangerous Nacogdoches (15-4-5) team in the first round of the playoffs. Pine Tree (10-10-2) has the incredibly tough draw of facing a (15-2-0) Lufkin team in the first round. Sulphur Springs (15-10-1) needed not only OT, but a sudden death shoot-out win to take the fourth and final playoff spot away from Hallsville. Unless the Lions can pull off a monumental upset of Whitehouse.... the loss to Huntsville cost them that # slot. Ouch. Friday's games are important A Nac win clinches the #3 slot no matter what Tyler does WH. A Nac loss and a Tyler upset of WH puts Nac and JT in a tie. They were 0-1-1 Vs. each other.
