Lots of rumors floating they may cancel the season.

Thoughts?

What does it hurt to let it play out and make a decision later?  Fall camp doesn’t start until late July or early August.  If school isn’t allowed to start then and only then should they make a decision

False.  If they do they are tools

I hope so. Deep depression on my part if that's the case. But, it's being floated around. Even heard Saban say it may  happen. Not bragging on him but it would take a dumb A to think he doesn't have connections in the NCAA.

My gut is telling me by the time August rolls around the majority of the country will be operating somewhat "normally"

It was so busy at Lowe’s yesterday that they ran out of buggies and carts.  Pretty sure we are tired of quarantine

Ou, Missouri, and OKSt presidents have already come out and said their universities will begin fall semester with students on campus as normal.

IMO:
SEC and Big12 will play football this year. ACC is very probable, Big10 little more iffy, and PAC12 will be the biggest question.

Football has way too much money involved to not have a season and that includes all levels.

People are definitely tired, especially as more facts come out.

The lockdown was a huge ### up by our government. Quarantine those at risk and the sick. Nobody else.

After January and December they should have encouraged more outdoor shopping for small businesses instead of closing shop.  Restaurants could have easily ran at 1/2 capacity and been fine.  They literally shut down the small man so big business could capitalize

Not really sure the reasoning, but it's stupid that they treated places like Texas the same as New York. The population density is much different and the ways of life are different (no public transportation like subways, etc). So stupid

Exactly.  Notice the places that are hit the hardest.  Houston, Dallas, San Antonio.  Those cities have a lot of side by side cubicles in small spaces for jobs.  They literally walk side by side on the streets to work.  They ride buses.  Here in Aledo, we are car commuters to smaller businesses.  In ETX, it’s a lot of smaller business and outdoor work.  Everything is too far away to make public transportation a thing...

Texas should have fought harder with this and left it up to local government

Thats what I'm hearing. Also hearing Taulia to The U???

He parents apparently “made” him fill follow his brother to Alabama so I don’t see why they would “make” him follow them to South Florida.

PAC-12 is looking at an11-game conference schedule with no OOC games. That puts the September 5th BAMA/ USC and TCU/ Cal games in doubt. Very possible we could see BAMA play TCU at Jerryworld in a season opener.

That will be a blowout in 2020...  Patterson can't do it without a good defense and a smart QB and it appears he has neither for 2020.

That would cancel A&M/Colorado, Oregon/Ohio State, and Texas Tech/Arizona as well.
