Exactly.  I think I had a conversation with @JETT not too long ago about how that middle ground has literally vanished over the past 4-12 years.  The rise of Bernie Sanders scared the 💩 out of establishment democrats so much that they made the extreme push towards socialism.  They took the hard stance on free healthcare and student loans.  You can no longer be a Pro-choice democrat with restrictions.  It's Pro-Choice or "join the Republican party."

Republicans are partially responsible for this one.  Remember, there wasn't a huge change between G.H. Bush and Bill Clinton.  Mainly their approaches to military was the biggest difference.  Bush was trusted by Reagan, our economic genius... so likely similar ideals.  Clinton and Bush could work across the aisle to get things done (not always for the good of the people, but that's neither here or there).

You take my rant from yesterday about balancing a budget, and actually apply it.  The big argument will be "Is it a Democrat or Republican bill?"  "It can pass the house but will never pass the senate."  This literally means "Expect votes solely along party lines."  This is North vs South.  Allies vs Axis.  Its moronic and divisive.

He claims all Trump does is lie. Wonder when he's gonna address all the lies Biden has told over the years?

So freaking hypocritical on his part.

I'll give him credit for one thing, he doesn't claim to be an "independent" like some do on here.

Biden isn't lying anymore.  He has no clue what is going on.

Republicans don't want a higher percentage of people to vote in national elections, and the US lags behind most in the world in participation. We are in the midst of a pandemic with a predicted resurgence to occur in October, November, and December. Mail in voting goes against the first sentence and is responsive to dealing with the second.

What are Republicans afraid of, and why do they hate America?!???!? 😏

Democrats what a higher percentage of people voting in national elections, because more voter fraud can occur without detection. There is no doubt that actual to trial crimes of voter fraud are few and distant, but I guarantee you that it takes place, and if we are doing mail in voting, who is to stop a father from voting for his 18 year old child? Who is to stop that same man from using grandmother's ballot to vote his way? With voter ID, all of these things can happen. All it takes for some is to get to the mail box first.

And if someone actually does commit fraud through mail in voting, and the Federal government tries to arrest and jail them, I can hear the liberals now, whining and complaining that the President is wrong, there is NO fraud, he was only helping his grandmother mail the ballot. If that doesn't sound like the liberals, I don't know what does.

If there is still a major pandemic going on in November, then we need to open the polls in large spaces like gyms and convention centers--keep the ballot boxes 10 feet away from each other, open up the polls 14 days prior to the election, keep them open 24/7, have appointment centers for voting, have national guard at all voting stations to make sure social distancing is taking place and that lines for voting are not hysterical. Heck, I don't even have a problem with them opening polls October 1--but all votes must be done in person, unless you fit into a category that has always happened.

What are Democrats afraid of with voter ID, and why do liberals hate the United States? 😱

Well Jett calls me a racist on the regular. Hard to find middle ground when someone goes straight to that. I hope someone else can get them to him.

The loudest voices against mail-in voting have been Donald Trump, who voted by mail in this month's Florida primary, and Kayleigh McEnany, who has voted by mail 11 times in the last 10 years. Quite the cheerleaders:rofl:

Right, because he’s not saying do away with it. He saying not do it exclusively which will lead to massive amounts of fraud which can be minimized at current situation.  And I’m pretty sure the US president is always going to have the loudest voice.

I'll just be damned....

Kayleigh McEnany cast Florida ballots in 2018 using her parents’ address in Tampa, even though she lived in Washington, D.C., and held a New Jersey driver’s license.

McEnany voted in both the 2018 primary and general elections in Florida using her parents’ waterfront address in Tampa as her legal residence rather than the house she and her husband bought in 2017, located a mile and half away ― all while living and working in Washington as a full-time employee of the Republican National Committee.

At the time, McEnany’s driver’s license and car registration showed an address in Edgewater, New Jersey. Those documents can only be obtained by proving residency in that state, according to the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission website.

Florida law states that registered voters must be “Florida residents,” and one of the documents that can be provided as proof is a Florida driver’s license.

Yea tons of fraud in that system. Glad you pointed out that we don’t need to do it. And I agree

Cause he surely can’t say anything stupid. He literally said “we must beat Biden”.

So if he says so many dumb things then why are those on the right making up false quotes?  Why not just go with the material you have. Y’all must be too fat and lazy to look because of all the hamberders you’ve eaten.

All anybody has to do is let the Fool speak; he does a remarkable job of making stupid comments without anybody interrupting him.

Do we need to show him the clips ? This isn’t fake news and it’s not made up .

Y’all are not the brightest of the bunch. I’m not disputing the fact that he makes the occasional gaffe. What I’m disputing is this one particular quote that is false. If he makes so many gaffes then why go to the trouble of making one up that he didn’t say.
