EU TO Leave US Off Approved Traveler's List

I don't think many Americans plan on travelling this year anyway.  https://www.forbes.com/sites/suzannerowankelleher/2020/04/08/poll-2-of-3-americans-wont-travel-for-at-least-3-months-after-covid-19-subsides/#352511bd4b60  .  I thought about taking a vacation in December maybe for my birthday, but until I know I have the money, and the virus subsides I'll stay in Houston.  I was thinking maybe Puerto Rico or Hawaii since I don't want to get a passport.  If we shut down again, then I wouldn't be going to either.
