But with the coronavirus still raging in the United States, the possibility of allowing American tourists hasn’t even entered the discussion, according to six officials familiar with the talks. I thought about taking a vacation in December maybe for my birthday, but until I know I have the money, and the virus subsides I'll stay in Houston. I was thinking maybe Puerto Rico or Hawaii since I don't want to get a passport. If we shut down again, then I wouldn't be going to either.
