DB2point0
Bohogg you act as if pulling a gun means deadly force. One can be neutralized without killing them.

Actually he wouldn't. One can draw a weapon on someone in Texas to create apprehension for being on the property. If they try to attack you, then you may use your weapon. https://www.uslawshield.com/castle-doctrine/ Missouri's law is also similar to Texas law. These people committed trespass in the 1st Degree. https://statelaws.findlaw.com/missouri-law/missouri-criminal-trespass-laws.html . City Attorney Kim Gardner should know the laws of Missouri, but seems to be looking for a loophole when there is none. https://www.uslawshield.com/unwanted-guests-missouri/ . Even a law professor agrees. https://www.ksdk.com/article/news/local/st-louis-couple-law-professor-perpective/63-9801811c-5f1c-45e1-b2f9-65aa1ef69ba4 The protesters should have found an alternative route instead of trespassing on private property.

It won't ever make it to trial. Saw, yesterday I think, a story where either Gov of the state said they would issue a pardon or the State AG said they would have case dropped if this Soros puppet prosecutor actually followed through with this insanity of filing criminal charges on these law abiding citizens who were simply protecting their property from a violent mob.

Even if it does make it to trial, and they are found guilty in St. Louis they will have it dismissed on appeal. This judge wanted to show her constituents that she is on their side. I'm beginning to think that judges should not be elected by the people, but appointed even on a local level.
