The vast majority of people who I see wearing these powder blue masks are wearing masks that are not wearing masks suited for medical purposes; Many people wear homemade masks which Also are not rated for medical purposes. Also, tons of people wear their masks on their chin only, or over their mouth, but not their nose. The masks are not worth a Flip if A: They are not medical grade.
