What EXACTLY do black people want from white people in America?

https://nlihc.org/sites/default/files/HousingSpotlight2-2.pdf   Residents by race Section 8 :  49% White 33% Black 13% Hispanic 5% Other, Public Housing :  45% Black, 32% White, 21% Hispanic, 2% Other.  Vouchers 45% Black, 35 % White, 16% Hispanic, 3% Other.  So it's not predominately blacks as some would suggest.  They only are the majority in Vouchers by 1%.  Whites miss a majority by 2% in Section 8 which is the rent is extremely low.

Why it was even brought up is beyond me.  In essence it is racist to assume that all blacks are poor and live off the Government, and it's not true.  It's a terrible stereotype.  Many families are middle class and even wealthy.  The only reason we see people live in the white part of town, black part of town, Chinatown, and little Mexico's is because people tend to feel more comfortable around their own race or family.  I live in a diverse neighborhood of white's, blacks, hispanics, and asians.  I'm actually a minority on my street, and I've gotten to know many of my neighbors.  A majority of them I like, and few I don't like.  Some could say that I'm racist, because some of the people I don't like are black and hispanic.  I just don't like some of the things they do that keep me up at night.  Such as shooting fireworks or playing loud music after midnight.  That's usually the night that they do.  We all have that neighbor.

So @BlahBlah was being judgmental......

Better watch the moron ####.....read the rules of this site......and show me the racial background of those living in public housing......

When liberals go to name calling, it’s because they’ve lost the discussion.   I get it all the time on FB.

Questioning someone's manhood is good stuff but 'name calling', 😭

'Conservatives' all about trotting out the 'resume', big trucks, lots of guns, to make up for what? Hmmmmmmmmm...

Is that the same reason "Liberals" or "The Left" try to show off how "smart" or "enlightened" they are?

Sugar, don't blame us because you get intimidated by our resumes, guns, & trucks. Go to your safe space. It'll be okay. 👍😁

Your last paragraph is something that has been going on in this country for centuries. I can tell you that in a lot of the larger cities in the north--different ethnic groups lived in similar neighborhoods. My father lived in the Hungarian neighborhood of Toledo, Ohio--down the street from him the Gabor sisters lived--Jamie Farr wasn't far from them, "Tony Packos" feed the ship builders of Lake Erie, all in the Hungarian part of town. They also had an Irish section, Polish section, Italian section, and several more--but most people living in that area built ships of Lake Erie. You can still go by and see many of the land marks today--including the old neighborhoods, many families still live there.

Stereotyping.  The Freddie Mac and Fanny May fiasco created by Barney Frank and the Clinton's did more harm than good for many of the higher end of the poor and lower end of middle class blacks that wanted to buy homes.  They lost everything, because they were approved even though they could not make the payments on their homes.  It actually began in the 60's thanks to Kennedy and Johnson.  It was already bad, but they made it far worse.  https://newrepublic.com/article/117912/reparations-how-mortgage-market-hurts-african-americans

Except MLk wouldn’t stand for the BLM he would be exact opposite. He was a God fearing man and wouldn’t stand for their principles. He also wouldn’t be divided and want our country together.

I agree, but I wonder if he would speak out against it in today's climate or if he would encourage it as the Democrats and media have done.  I would say if this was going on during his lifetime in the 60's he would have called for it to stop.

I simply brought it up, because that's how people tend to congregate.  I do not care who my neighbor is, as long as they are good neighbors.  Unfortunately racism was accepted and promoted back then.  There are racist terms used for Brits, Irish, Italians, Polish, and almost every person from any given country.  Could the phrases Kiwi's be considered racist for New Englanders ?  I'd say some may think it is today.  Many of the reasons you would see ethnic neighborhoods is because many were immigrants, and they wanted to protect each other from violence.  There's a reason there is an Irish Mob and an Italian Mob.  An Irishman couldn't be made if they were in the Italian Mob although some were in it.  They wanted that power too, and made their own.  I'd prefer to see us all as Americans if we're all citizens.

The black people rioting and protesting today for reparations and equality want what they didn’t earn.  They are asking for pure socialism via the definition.  Meaning, no matter what you do in our country, we are all living in the same house, same food rations, same pay, same cars.  They are pawns for the puppeteers in Congress.  That is all.

More importantly Malcolm X would condemn BLM, since it’s funded by white liberals. The biggest threat to the black man. His words. Not mine.

This is so true.  Actually read about this today.

Every black person I know has more than one story to tell about how they had someone call them a slur, harass them in a store, have law enforcement question them randomly, get looked at differently in social settings. They want all that to stop. That's for starters. Then, equal opportunities for employment, housing, education, equal justice under the law and just quality of life are common sense wants.

Barry, they don’t have equal opportunity for the things I’ve bolded.....they have a leg up, just the truth.

No, it isn't.

Barry, it certainly is the truth.

Employers around the country actually have minimum hiring and worker % guidelines they must meet as a company based solely on ethnicity.

Electric utilities in Texas have departments whose only job is to make sure the utility spends at least X percent of their budget on purchases from minority owned businesses.

Dude, wake up. OR, more accurately, just be honest and admit minorities in this country are actually catered to.
Also, there is no race war. The media and Democrats trot this agenda out there every election cycle. It’s stupid.

I applied for a job once, a very good job & was told by the black lady who worked at the employment office that “The job was posted under Affirmative Action, therefore I did not meet the ‘requirements’’ I rolled my eyes & said, “Well, ma’am, I guess I just found YOU a good job....”😤

It's blithering, self pitying nonsense and anecdotes don't change reality. It's in the same vein as 'they have a whole month' for Black History, ignoring the other 11 months are white history.
Prejudice and racism continue to be pervasive and corrosive in insurance practices, real estate, banking, employment, and in schools, admittedly, however you feel about it. And certainly in everything to do with the criminal justice system.
Progress has been made, but there is daily evidence of it, whether it is in your silo or not.

No pity at all, Eunice. Just facts. I Had the qualifications to hire-in & go to work on the first day, whereas the company would have to hire her, train her, put up with her 💩, & never be able to fire her for underperformance, Which was almost a lead pipe certainty.
