Do any of you do DDP Yoga?

If you don't, I'd seriously recommend it, regardless of your age or fitness level.

I had a surgery a few years back, and through a small change in my diet and doing DDP Yoga, I dropped a decent amount of weight in about 12 weeks. And my flexibility increased, and my mild joint pain was reduced.

Now if I go a couple of days without doing it, I can tell because my lower back bothers me from an old injury.
