Since 2003 the CDC had a standard way of reporting deaths for ALL diseases. In March, this changed but for COVID ONLY. It is estimated that this new reporting actually increased the covid numbers by over 90%. ObiOne Posted August 8, 2020 Author Share Posted August 8, 2020 It is strange that the CDC would completely change the way they had reported deaths since 2003. It is almost like this was an election year or something. Things like that is what I wish the current administration would have handled differently before it got out of hand. Somebody high up should have said "slow down there CDC". What impact is this change in reporting going to have? They should have made the CDC be consistent with how deaths were reported during the Obama Admin. Then we could measure apples to apples. HearEmaGrowlin Posted August 10, 2020 Share Posted August 10, 2020 I know a couple of guys who got the rona. Both of them have returned to playing indoor soccer. One of them was there today and both have been back fir two weeks now. These guys are upper 20s and generally pretty healthy.
