If one runs a red light and kills somebody you will get a manslaughter for violating their right to life. When one runs a red light one is actually putting people in danger we can see that. The natural act of breathing is not the same as running a red light. We pay taxes as part of the social contract theory. Government is not to rule our lives or watch over us like big brother, but it is to punish evil and promote righteousness. People setting assembling together to peaceful watch their kids should be promoted and not have restrictions put on them as evil doers. Laws are to protect the unalienable God given rights of life, liberty and property.
