In reality Tyler, Texas football as a whole is not good. It's below average. Both teams had a losing record last year. One is .500 and the other one is winless this year. You tell me what do you call it. Unless you have a better explanation, it's below average as of right now. Hell East Texas big schools as a whole is below average.
