I think it could be game of the year with all that’s on the line and being a big rivalry on top of it being for the District title and the 1seed in playoffs I been screaming from the rooftops I think EF wins and I still believe that but Waskom is continuing to demolish everyone they play so I think it’s closer than I originally thought I will go with EF 40 - Waskom 35 but main thing is I hope both teams come out healthy and meet again late in playoffs good luck wildcats. Go Jackets Go !

It was first game of the season and EF let JV play whole 4th quarter and harmony scored with less than a min to go score was more like 34-12 but I see what you saying just have to watch this Friday.

I’m just saying, we had no trouble against Harmony and we have a team full of Freshman and Sophomore. I think y’all will play hard since it is a rivalry, but Waskom will win.

Agree, definitely THE game of the year for our District, and probably one of the better games in the Region.   Been saying for years that EF should abandon the spread and pound the rock with the talent that you have had, looks like you have done that, to some extent.  Don't know if Harleton was practicing their social distancing from the end zone tonight, or our defense turned it up a notch.   Have not seen a Waskom defense this tenacious since the '16 guys.  Pass defense has been steller all season.  All we heard, as usual with the misinformed, was how Harleton was gonna slow us down and hang within a couple of touches with us.   Once again, sorry to disappoint.   As a side note, I was really tickled to see Garrison double up on San Augustine 32-15.  SA loses after talking all that smack to us about not playing, then gets doubled up by a team we hung 50 on.  Back to next Friday.   Would have been nice to have the game moved to a neutral site to accommodate more fans, but heard Coach Ford wasn't budging.   Probably wise move.  Good luck to both teams and good luck to Waskom fans getting tickets.

We will get the Neutral site game in the playoffs.  I don’t think Keeling would of budged either of was scheduled as a Waskom home game.  We already missed a chance at a home game with ND so I think Ford did the right thing in this situation. See you guys Friday night
