Well Kilgore was the lone team out of Henderson, Carthage, and Chapel Hill yet to face El campo . I want to but can’t pick the Ricebirds. Kilgore by a touchdown.

We’ve played them 3 times before. 2 times pretty recently.

Not sure what I was thinking!

I had to go back and read your post from earlier and yeah Kilgore is 2-1 against El Campo with the first victory in 04' the title yr then I believe El Campo won in 15' or 16' and Kilgore took the W the last time they met.

The yr El Campo had the RB I believe his last name was Dove or Love they beat Kilgore

They beat us 31-23 in 2015 with Rb Kevin Dove and we beat them in 2017 24 -9.

Taking the Ricebirds in a dog fight no pun intended.

Which is it? Looks like you're a little mixed up!

Kevin Dove was a man-child. Nery Enriquez was too in ‘17. El Campo always seems to have a stud or 2 in the backfield. Their stud these days is a soph (Reuben Owens), who is the #2 ranked RB recruit in the nation in the class of ‘23.

Kilgore has a pretty good one too. I call him “Mr. 400”.

Oh yeah, and Kilgore can sling the rock too.

This game was not as close as the score.

Not at all. Kilgore defense played outstanding.
