Sherman leads McKinney North, 34-23, after three quarters. North has the football on Sherman’s side of the field.

We just lost power here at the stadium. It’s 37-35 Sherman with 2:25 to go.

Both teams in the locker room. Transformer blew outside the stadium. It’s pitch black in here minus the emergency lights. They said they were gonna try and finish the game but...who knows if that happens. I’m hanging in another 15 min then I’m checking out.

Heading home. They’re busing both teams to Ron Poe Stadium to finish the game out.
