I just realized something. You mean to tell me that while I was freezing during the winter storm and people telling me it's my fault because I did not have a generator, y'all secessionists were all  nice and toasty under the national power grid?

Generator? Nah... Warm blankets? That’s all you, buddy!😜

I'm just glad Longview is on the national grid, we had no problems. I feel bad for you and everyone who was on the Texas grid, this level of gross incompetence is unacceptable.

Nope lol. I bet any of the pro secessionists wouldn't trade grids last week. Just find the whole thing ironic.

So you can pick your electric provider? You can choose what grid you are on?  That would make it ironic. Because choosing your provider would actually be deregulation.

I can choose my provider bc its deregulated. There are literally hundreds of energy providers. As for the power grid comment I made, so many people talk about how they hate socialism but yet they really benefited from it this past week. Trust me I know the difference between regulated and deregulated.

Are you talking about the grid that was so overloaded they had rolling blackouts?   That’s was the Eastern Grid in Beaumont under Entergy.  I myself use the Newton-Jasper Electric Co-Op.  Our electricity is generated by moonshine stills and meth labs..   We had power.  😜

I'm just glad I'm not with Griddy.  I'd hate to pay an $11000 electric bill for the shortest month of the year.
