DaveTV1 Posted June 21, 2021 Share Posted June 21, 2021 Things like this happen all the time in the restaurant industry from fast food to fine dining. Most restaurants have a policy that if you make modifications to an order that there are no refunds except if a foreign object is in it. If you order the menu item then they'll refund the menu item price if you don't like it. I would have just made her suicide, but told her there are no refunds. I know during Wuhan times that some restaurants policies have changed, and she should have taken her business elsewhere. She's going to be found guilty, and was stupid for attacking them.
