Something fishy or not? Lab can't determine species of fish in Subway sandwich

The DNA test is inconclusive since the tuna is cooked and then canned or packaged which destroys the DNA.  I have had Subway's tuna sandwich, and I would say it has the consistency of tuna and no other fish.  I realize that flavoring could however be added to say mullet, mackerel, or sardines to give it the tuna texture.  I would say that is similar to them using white fish to make fake crab meat.  It doesn't bother me either way, because Subway doesn't have one key ingredient that I have to have for a tuna fish sandwich, and that is boiled egg whites.

My perfect tuna fish sandwich is tuna, egg whites, chopped onion, pickles, and mayo or white salad dressing (preferable because of the tangy taste to it).
