No, Capitalism won’t work well when you insert Socialist policies. With that said...American capitalism needs a re-set. When the economic theories of Milton Friedman took hold the balance between labor and capital began to swing wildly in capitals favor. That is why Wall St has boomed while the working class has stagnated (or worse).
