Why do you care so little about the common good?

Cops under the age of 50 have a 99.987% survival rate. Seems like not many cops get shot now does it. Your not promoting the common good. You are a racist that is advocating mandates on others for no reason. You will be judged accordingly.

This is being *generous* because these are 'Covid-related' deaths. The CDC reports 94% of these deaths have serious comorbidities, such as heart disease, cancer, diabetes, etc. So these figures are the most extreme interpretation and it’s still 99.987% survival rating.

Define "common good". What one person defines as "common good" another may not. Especially as it relates to the measures to achieve it.

Is "being healthy" a common good (which is what I think you're arguing)? If so, why haven't laws been passed mandating  we eat vegetables and exercise daily? Wouldn't that be a "common good"? It's a good idea to eat vegetables and exercise, but should we mandate it for the "common good"?

What about religion (Christianity, specifically)? Do you believe it is a common good? There are many people who do not. What would you say to them?

think you believe abortion serves a "common good". Many on this forum do not. Why are they, in your opinion, wrong? They believe the "pro life" stance is a "common good" (or, good in general). So if they believe something is good (or, in your terms, a "common good") in that instance, why are they wrong?

Way over Barry’s head with this one.

Do you know you sound a lot like Lenin, Stalin, Mao, and Castro? This is America Mr Laverty. You shouldn’t be able to force people to take unproven substances. Do you think it’s bs that federal employees are given compensation if they have complications, but private sector still doesn’t. Why did Brandon do that if it was so damn safe? Riddle me that. Your hypocrisy knows no bounds!

Hey, I understand completely that some of you hide behind 'freedom' when really you mean self centered narcissistic disrespect and disregard for others. It's not as hidden as you think it is.
Still, that has to be a quandary when it comes to 'Backing The Blue' when they are accused of killing 'thugs' by cutting their air off or shooting them in their beds, but then sneering at them when they were attacked on January 6th or when they are dying at such a high rate from Covid. Did someone actually dismiss their deaths as a low percentage so it doesn't matter??? Talk about twisted hypocrisy. That has to be stomach churning. Maybe not.

January 6th? Wal Mart and Target provide better security on Black Friday than the Capitol had that day. Only one displaying narcissistic behavior is you Barry.

From the article:

  • Almost 2,600 members of the Los Angeles Police Department said they intended to get a religious exemption so they would't have to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, the New York Times reports.

2600 police refusing in LA , and that is more than all police deaths nation wide, but the headline is nothing but Blue Q click bait
