The next youngest was 19 year old Neal Broten who has his number hanging in the rafters of the AAC. Atleast I believe this is correct. Don't know who would be any younger than Mike Ramsey. Funny though was looking on the roster during the US/Soviet game... Oldest player for the US was Mike Eruzione and he was 25 years of age..while the oldest player for the Soviets was Viktor Zhluktov who was 36! The Soviet had 7! players over 30 while the US had 0.
