Flamethrowers
Early season I think Grand Saline may be the team to beat. They are playing pretty good and the others will have to line up and try to beat them.
Fastpitchfan
Despite loosing some great ball players last year, looks like Coach Trent has put together another winning team. This team hit the ball pretty good. I think they had three home runs and several off the fence.

Downndirty12
Grand Saline lost to Edgewood last Friday night 2-0. They just didn't come through when bases were loaded to score any runs. Next time GS meets Edgewood they just might have a different attitude about themselves... Good Luck when you meet them!!

WillieMakit
Winner of Quitman-Edgewood game can just about sew up one of the three playoff spots. Leaving the loser, Grand Saline and Winnsboro chasing the other two. Hawkins, Alba-Golden and Como-Pickton are pretty well out of it now. The Softball and Baseball races in this district are really awesome this year.
Downndirty12
Any perdictions on the outcome of District for Edgewood, Quitman, GS and Winnsboro? I think Edgewood, then GS, and then Quitman

jackuup8
Quitman and Ewood are tied for first in softball... and the game is tied right now 1-1 in the 6th inning between those two teams and from what i hear they will continue on saturday... I believe Gs is still in 3rd with winnsboro behind them in 4th... Baseball is a 3 way tie right now for first... Quitman, Winnsboro, and GS, are all 5-1 unless something changes fri night they will all still be tied... Winnsboro will have another test in Ewood that will prob be the game to watch after Winnsboro got hammered by GS
