Triton
If MP plays up to their capabilities this could be a big win but they have not done that this year. Lindale has a good team or they would not have beaten NL and SS. This will not be an easy win for either squad but will be exciting with playoff implications on the line for both. MP by 3. bordertown
Mt. Pleasant will be too physical for Lindale and will control the tempo of the game.

clawsnstripes
if mp puts #21 on bauman all night and they can stop the qb on the ground, they have a very good shot. if not it will be a rout
bordertown
Lindale has a dangerous offense, no doubt. Unfortunately their defense is just as dangerous. Having not seen Paris, Lindale is the worst defense Texas High faced in district. They lack team speed and had problems tackling. Â Mt. Pleasant had the best defense and showed alot of potential on offense. While they are primarily a running team, they do have some great wide outs. Bobcat1976
Both need this game to go to the dance..  MP has underachieved this year, Lindale has overachieved  MP in a close one.
geauxtiger3
Haven't seen Mt. Pleasant play this year but it sounds like they always come up just short on the victory. Â I think Mt. Pleasant will take this.. they are seeing their playoff hopes dwindle so they are going to go after it..
jimbob
Is the winner of this game automatically in the playoffs? Â What are the standings in this district? Â Are there any scenerios where the loser of this game could be in?

Lindale will put points on the board, but MP will too.
wildcatrunner06
Im gonna hafta root for Lindale in this one because Sulphur Springs needs Lindale to win over MP, and Paris to lose to THigh..and then they hafta beat North Lamar by 12 points..i hope they can pull it off and make it 5 years straight of going to the playoffs
lindaleeaglesguard
Lindale by at least 7. I'm not sayin it will be a rout, but Lindale is riding an emotional wave and I think that wave will carry them straight into the playoffs.
Guest bleedsbluengold24
Yeah, NL was riding that same emotional high after we beat Paris. And we almost lost the next game to MP. If MP hadn't fumbled in OT, they could have very well beaten us. They had shown they could run on us almost at will. Â MP by 17.

Guest bleedsbluengold24
MP is a much more physical team than NL was. It won't be the same game.
lindaleeaglesguard
maybe not but Lindale I think will be to much for MP to handle late in the game.
pantherpaw2006
I've seen MP and Lindale. It'll be tough for MP to contain outside and the slant will eat their lunch...Lindale by 3...touchdowns that is.....:zorro:
