Now that my team is out of the playoffs I am already a little depressed. What is worse I can't get sports talk on my ride home anymore. I guess it has something to do with the time changes. At about 5:15 I start getting static. Every day I hope it ain't gonna happen. Smoaky, I love your show. We need to get you a stronger signal!!!! Anybody else go the blues?

when the sun goes down, the signal goes down. used to be a joke coming home from officiating football on friday night. would attempt and i do mean attempt to hea rscores on ktbb....600 on your AM dial.....and couldnt hear, so we called to get scores. they would tell us to put our radio on 600 and we had to break the news to them that since we weren't inside loop 323 it would not matter.

Great. I am glad to hear that someone else looses the signal around 5:15 on the radio. I drive from Longview to Hallsville at that time. However, it is only recently, the best that I can remember, that this has started to happen.

lots of AM radio stations cut power in the evenings...KTBB is probably one of those stations...I know during my years in radio, we cut from 1000 to 250 KW at night...just a guess...but I certainly understand your issues...
