didnt a kid from kilgore hit a walk off homer a couple of years ago off Kershaw? Is the kid still on the team?

The rain should hold off. I heard the team tarped the field tuesday night and it has been on the field ever since then. There is a game at driller park tonight and when that game is over the tarp will go back on the field. Even if it does rain the field will be in good condition for the game friday.

Kilgore does have a young team, but they have matured alot over the season, and they have TONS of heart, drive, and want to win this game very badly. If they play like they have the potential to play, it is going to be an awesome game- close, but with Kilgore pulling it out.

...was by Clint Toon to put Kilgore ahead late in a one-game series with Highland Park at Sulphur Springs in 2004. Toon is a part of the Texas State football program now. He graduated that year.

Homer Bailey is with Cincianati.

 

And for all the baseball illiterate. If someone doesnt have a Bailey or a Kershaw it has nothing to do with their names, its their talent level.
