TJC_fan
cheaptrick -- Karen Carpenter had a fantastic voice that you could listen to all day. I also wish Elvis had made it. I thought when he died that he would grow old and be like Perry Como -- a voice that sang clear up into his late 60's and early 70's. That soft crooner's voice. Not like Frank Sinatra, who's voice became raspy and gone!!! But if Elvis had kept up with the pills, smoking and drinking, his might have also messed up by now. I would have just like have had the opportunity to hear what he would have sounded like. Elvis could really sing the ballad-type songs.

DeuceChunker03
Jimi Hendrix Kurt Cobain Layne Staley- how could you all leave him out? CLIFF BURTON- if Cliff had never died, we wouldn't be listening to the #### that Metallica is putting out now. I'd like to ask James, Kirk, and Lars what Cliff would think of their new album, and that mix they did with Ja Rule.

RandyJohnson
Cheaptrick..... I could have sworn that he passed away a couple of years back...... However, I've "apparently" buried him too soon.... YIKES !! :blushing: He was born in February 1928.... which would make him 75 years old now. Mark this correction down....my bad !!
