bikejunkie
Qualon Fort and Justin Collard at North Lamar. First meet Fort won the high jump with a 6'6" jump and Collard was 2nd with 6'4". Not bad for the first meet of the year.

Springplaya
Pauley finished with a 2:09 @ regionals last year 2:09? That slow? I watched the race, he won the heat by 75 meters! I personally think UIL should change the rule instead of top 8 times advance to regional finals and change it to top 2 advance from each heat plus the top two next times. But thats just me. shxc19
Not that this isn't obvious but Catherine Loden is a pretty good bet in the 3200 and 1600. She's always fun to watch

Dubb
Liberty-Eylau has a freshman sprinter that set a meet record at the Runnin' Rabbs Relays. She ran a 12.03 in 100 perlims, and clocked a 12.12 in the finals. Her name is Shanetria Thomas
shxc19
I agree with HankTheCowDog Spenser Lynn could make some noise in the 3200. He ran a 9:57 this week at the Jesuit meet in Dallas. He'll still have a tough task though Will Barry from Pleasant Grove and Michael Morris from Wills Point are 2 of the top 3 or 4 runners in 3a and if both run the 3200 along with Spenser it should be an entertaining and competitve race at regionals.
