DaveTV1
Come on Dave, Whiter shade of pale is one of my top ten favs of all time but I must admit its not because of the lyrics, as far as obscurity goes-- what is a toe-jam football? (Come together/Beatles) Toe Jam football is the gunk that's in between your toes, after playing a game of football, and for the Brit's soccer. What bugs me is the yellow matter custard dripping from a dead dog's eye, which is a James Joyce reference. There is a thread on smoaky about obscure lyrincs. One of my the funniest is John Cougar Mellenheads "sucking on a chili dog outside a Tastee Freeze".
