Making a highlight DVD of a particular team is NOT illegal. When it becomes illegal is when the producer puts some music tracks in the background. YEP, to be legal, one would have to have expressed written consent of record company and others. Now, I know there are some that think because booster club is non-profit organization. Well, that does not matter. It is still illegal. Check laws....or just read to back of a CD case, or disclaimer on website with free downloads.
