Five0pd310
... Best Burger: Shirley Dean's in Diana. Good old fashioned hand pressed, greasy burger. No one around has better burgers. I don't know, the Bubba Burger in Harleton is a beast.

BGR
I don't know, the Bubba Burger in Harleton is a beast. Bubba burgers used to be on the top but my last visit to Fugler's (I think that is the name of the place) was 5 or 6 years ago. On this visit I had to wait few minutes because they were busy. This was not a good thing because I had time to walk around the store... it was extremely nasty. Molded veggies in the coolers, dirt and trash in every nook and cranny. I am not a clean freak and know what a hard job it is to keep an older establishment clean but this was far from average every day business dirty. That was my last visit so their cleanliness may have improved by now.

Wildcat_20
They are still great, and I personally don't know, but I have heard through the grapevine that they are the ultimate cure to hangovers...

Ah, once you drive in about 10 miles on I-35, you'll want to turn around. I'm tempted to do it every time. I know everyone's tastes are different, but I always found El Charro to be incredibly overrated.

BigRedFan
I'm going to go with Tyler, since I don't like to claim OKC -- and there are very few really good eating options up here. Plus, I can't afford to eat at Mickey Mantle's. So here are mine in Tyler: 1. Bruno's 2. Taqueria El Lugar 3. St. Louis Ribs 4. Mercados 5. Shogun Sonoma Grill and Julian's are on my list of places I still need to visit in Tyler. I was not all that impressed with Sonama Grill but now I would rate Julian's high on the list. BGR
Where's Southern Comfort? (Oh, wait, I stashed that bottle in the cabinet....:whome:) OY! Just the mention of Southern Comfort turns my stomache... of course it is from my own idiocy of drinking way to much of it, in way too short amount of time when I was a young, inexperienced in the effects of a hard liquor such as SC. The smell makes me instantly ill. LOL.
