HitEmHarder
Turtle Hill CC just north of Muenster, TX. Great little course, some real challenges and a beautiful signature hole - No. 11 - where you can see into OK from the tee box.

ImaNut
If given the opportunity, the absolute best overall experience is the course at the Paradisus Playa Conchal in Guanacaste Province, Costa Rica. Beautiful, lush vegetation, challenging course (I actually found myself aiming for the cart path due to the rolling terrain and cart path only rule) and best of all: play in the afternoon and listen to and watch the monkeys in the trees around you.
