I need a recipe fast. I am going to be gone tomorrow night and Friday night taking in football games and want to fix my husband a good meal.I have a pork tenderlion thawing as I am typing this.

That is alright. My husband brought one that was mesquite cooked and all I had to do was let it warm for a little while. It was good.

^ LOL! For next time, as I just put mine in the oven this morning.

Mix up a large part of brown sugar, chili powder and cumin... and pack it on there... and put 'er in the oven...

How long do you cook it and at what temperature?
