Good, now are you a student? I want to sit where I have for the past 5 years but cannot now due to the new policy they have. I would like your help by getting me a student guest pass if you are able too.

They scan the student IDs so sports passes aren't involved or I'd help you out.

Awwwww, that's lame. Off to the Berm I will go then. lol 12MF have really #### off a lot of alumni with this policy. Just go read is the GA Tickets thread on Texags, if you haven't already.

Anyways that Mengden dude can chunk! Lobos2004 and I was also able to talk a lot to Pineda last year (when we went to most of the practices) and he is a really good kid. He could turn out as a solid 3rd day starter. The interview he gave after his almost perfect game was great if you haven't seen it. I'm really looking forward to this season.

It will get better for the Horns but not much better with the early injuries and the ruling of an ineligible player. The Aggies really haven't played anybody yet either. I would have expected a higher average from the Aggies. UT's average is horrible. I don't see any power in their line-up either.

The ags pitching was the only thing holding them together last weekend. They left probably around 10 runners in scoring position per game last weekend. The 5-9 holes really let them down.

Holy cross had decent pitching, but I'm expecting to see much better in the upcoming weeks. Our bats will come around. A lot of good teams lost to "lesser" teams this weekend. I'm glad the Ags could win the series.

A&M's All-American's carried them last night over Michigan State. Wacha was lights out on the bump and Naquin had 3 or 4 ribbies.

A&M takes game 2 of series against MSU 4-0. Stripling would be an ace on most staff's across the nation. Pitched 8 solid innings of shutout ball. Timely hitting helped the Ags out as well. Move to 10-1 and go for the sweep tomorrow. Big Fullerton series looms next weekend.

The ags complete the sweep of Michigan st today to move to 11-1 on the year. Their bullpen is still suspect at times, but this team is deep and very talented. Baring injuries, they will probably get a top 8 seed this year.

Great series this weekend. Were down 4-0 early and fought through it to get a tough win. I imagine c.ray will be getting some weekend bull pen work soon.

Meanwhile, Texas got abused by the SECSECSEC this weekend, going 0-2 against Arky and Tennessee! LOL!

This could be a long year for the Longhorns. At least they'll be battle tested going into conference play with the teams they have played: Stanford, Rice, Arkansas & Tenn. I'm thinking we finish middle of the pack in conference and squeak into the post season on reputation.

Apart from a&m, no one has looked too outstanding so far in the big12.
