"Planning" is the grand panacea of our age. But unfortunately its meaning is highly ambiguous. In popular discussion it stands for almost any policy which it is wished to present as desirable...When the average citizen, be he Nazi or Communist or Summer School Liberal, warms to the statement that "What the world needs is planning," what he really feels is that the world needs that which is satisfactory.

Didn't read the article, yet, but I'm going to comment on the title of the thread....no one got drafted into the gestapo...they fell hook, line, and sinker for the party line of the establishment of the day...and the people who gave the gestapo all their information, who turned in all the real freedom fighters, were mindless sheep, going along with the flow, not rocking the boat, sacrificing for the greater good, being good team players.....like lemmings into the sea.......those who do not learn from history are DOOMED to repeat it.....

Mark 16: 16..."16 Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned."

Acts 2: 38...."38And Peter said to them, "Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit."

Acts 22: 16...."16And now why do you wait? Rise and be baptized and wash away your sins, calling on his name."

I Peter 3: 21...."21Baptism, which corresponds to this, now saves you, not as a removal of dirt from the body but as an appeal to God for a good conscience, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ,"

The above Scripture is from the English Standard Version

This is exactly true. As both of you have pointed out, regardless of what people think we are a one party system under the guise of a two party system. They may act like they are fighting an bickering on paper, but in the end it's two devils signing the same legislation. It reminds me of when McCain took Palin to Washington D.C. to show her the Washington he knew. I wonder if both of you read this article last year : http://www.freerepub...s/2693504/posts

That's why our founders gave us the SECOND Amendment.....

Good article, Dave... We allowed moderates/RINOs to take over the Republican party - shame on us!

From Dave's article:

People have no concept that globalism, international bureaucracy and world socialism run both parties in Washington DC.

 Is that ever an understatement!

This is a killer but supports what I have said for a long time ( along with the above ):

Remember Henry Kissinger (NWO advocate) was the one that elevated Bush 41 to power in the late 70's and early 80's. Along with him you have the likes of Baker, Scowcroft,Gingrich, Ealgeburger, Powell, Rice and Geithner to name a few who were influenced or worked under Kissinger.

Exactly.

In the end we all lose if we don't see through the scam that is going on in Washington.

Preaching to the choir.

True conservatives should leave the moderates and RINO's to swim or drown by forming a Conservative Party....MOST of the neo-con's, moderates, and RINO's used to BE dims anyway.....
