Man I'm a couple days late to post this. But am I the only one whose neck has begun to swell do to the lil cold snap we've gotten. I've been sitting around thinking about every deer I have shot. Playing out every scenario I've got. Can't wait for October! Hope this cooler weather lasts a till weekend so I can scout and see a lil movement. My wife is going #### right now, I keep chasing her around the house for some reason. She has lost about 5 pounds but she'll think me when it's all over.

Yes, I am too. I was looking at the 13 point I killed last year that is on my sunroom wall and was just thinking how nice this weather feels and how I can't wait to start hunting for that next one to hang.

I'm very ready. I have everything set up and can't wait til the whistle blows.

On our way to Tyler yesterday I got yelled at and told to pull over by my girlfriend when I saw a couple of flocks of geese. She drove so I could watch the skies and look at the ponds for birds. She also doesn't like me walking around the house saying ticka ticka ticka and ten ten ten. she made me put my calls up the other day and told me I could call in the house.

this is gonna be the longest 10 days ever.
