When will the UIL announce the new districts for 2010?
I heard it was next week, October 13th. Does anybody have a date for sure?

funny, i was reading an old post about someone complaining about the distance between carthage and crockett. pretty sure that san angelo was in the same dist. with amarillo schools. not sure if that is still the case. 325 miles one way.

You're exactly right. When I lived in Lubbock (wanna say this was in 4A), Frenship, San Angelo, and Andrews were all in a district with at least one Amarillo team (Tascosa I think). Lots of driving out that way.
