Did anyone catch the premiere of the UFL last night?

The Las Vegas Locomotives beat the California Redwoods, 30-17. I watched the game after I got home last night, and I must say that the quality of play far exceeded my expectations! It was actually a really close game until later in the 4th quarter when LV pulled away.

The second game will be Saturday night, I think between the Florida Tuskers and the New York Sentinels. It will be broadcast on HDNet, or at www.ufl-football.com.

I really hope that this league succeeds. But, the only way that can happen is if people WATCH it.

the UFL has a long way to go. The crowd was about 5,000 people.

I read J.P. Loosman played well, it's getting some coverage here. I'd rather see it be played in the spring. It can't compete with the NFL.
