Have you tried contacting the culprit(s) privately by U2U? Try to resolve it that way before taking it to the public forum.

I really mean that. People are more inclined to take the time to point out negatives (or gross exaggerations) in a message board forum. The occasional compliment restores my hope in humanity !!!
