I think the lady was a peeping Tom or whatever you call a female peeping Tom. Besides are we going to start arresting old men that accidentally have their junk hanging out of their short shorts? It would be different if he were standing in front of the window displaying his manhood for the world to see; or whomever is out and about at 5:30 am cutting through his yard.
That brings up a whole new question: What is a woman and a 7 year old boy doing our at 5:30 in the morning that would cause them to take a short cut through this man's yard?

1) Ole boy......he needs to put some shorts on,

There are those that would take this man from his daughter for up to a year if convicted for this? How many people walk next to your home at 05:30? Totally uncalled for is any attempt to prosecute this guy.

that's exactly what I was thinking... can't be walking to school at 5:30 in the morning, and criminey, I hope a young'un wouldn't have to be catching a bus at that time.... so WHY WAS SHE THERE?
