Cheney to campaign for Hutchison in Texas
(AP) – Oct 28, 2009
AUSTIN, Texas — Former Vice President Dick Cheney will throw his support behind U.S. Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison's campaign for Texas governor.
Hutchison's campaign confirmed Wednesday that Cheney will endorse the Texas Republican's March primary challenge of Gov. Rick Perry at a fundraiser next month.
Campaign spokeswoman Jennifer Baker says details are still being worked out, but Cheney is scheduled to appear at a Nov. 17 fundraiser and campaign event in Houston.
The former vice president is popular with conservative activists and could help Hutchison bolster support among them.

both need to go to Washington and campaign against liberals. Get Rick on the flip-flop, but now Texas is OK, get a conservative majority first in 2010

You know me, I won't be supportive of any of the "established". Never cared for Cheney either.

The fact that the 'establishment' gop is coming out behind kay BAILOUT hutchison makes Governor Perry seem more palitable.....

Interest in the gubernatorial race the next couple of months will likely be similar to the voter turnout in last Tuesday's election, not much. We have the holidays then...
gear up for whomever one supports.

She better not take him hunting.
If she does all accompanying them should keep their distance at least 60 yards and assure he is loaded with #9 shot only.
