Program speaker: Kelly J. Shackelford, President/CEO of the Free Market Foundation and Chief Counsel for the Legal Liberty Institute. Mr. Shackelford is representing Hannah Giles in the ACORN lawsuit.

About the speaker: Kelly J. Shackelford serves as Chief Counsel of the Liberty Legal Institute. LLI was founded by Mr. Shackelford to fight for religious liberties and protect first amendment rights in the courts in Texas and nationwide. As an expert in constitutional law, Mr. Shackelford has argued before the U.S. Supreme Court and Texas Supreme Court in addition to serving as co-counsel in numerous other U.S. Supreme Court cases. He assisted the Texas Attorney General on the Texas Ten Commandments U.S. Supreme Court case. Shackelford is representing Hannah Giles, the young journalist being sued by ACORN. Shackelford also serves as president/CEO of the Free Market Foundation which is dedicated to protecting freedoms and strengthening families. The Free Market Foundation stands for First Amendment freedoms, less government, and solid family values.
