Packers holding every play
just hoping officials wont call it and they have quit calling it
big run opened by obvious hold at point of attack

The replay official and Tripplet should be SUSPENDED IMMEDATELY AFTER THIS GAME
How can he say a fumble is not reviewable

It doesn't say to much for the refs when even a couple of straight arrows in the booth can't even figure out what they're doing.
Tripplette is right up there with Ron Winters in amount of games fubar'd since 2005.

They are reporting that the play is not reviewable
what is the point of having review? jones had the ball and was clearly down then has it ripped out

The Cowboys are playing terrible but that call doesnt make sense. How is it not reviewable?
Has anyone else noticed how inconsistent Garrett is at calling plays?

WHY WAS MCCARTHY NOT FLAGGED FOR 15 YARDS WHEN YOU CHALLENGE WITHOUT A CHALLENGE RULEBOOK CLEARLY STATES IT IS A PENALTY
TRIPPLET SHOULD BE SUSPENDED IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE GAME

well the 2 most penalized teams lived up to that billing for sure. i too thought that green bay was not just holding but taking down lots of our rushers. the packers played with a great sense of urgency in this one and the offense played like we either had a 10 game lead or hadn't won a game. our line gave up way too many sacks to a team that didn't have that many coming into the game. roy williams needs to watch the game film and see just how bad he hurt his team today, even though he had some catches. since the "i'm not whining" comment by roy, miles has gone mia. the recovered fumble by jones that got stripped was a huge(and terrible) call. probably not as bad as the one by garrett when we were 1st and goal on the 1. the defense looked great considering they got zero help from the offense and all the guys that got banged up. philly loses too so we're still sitting on top. with the redskins and the raiders next, we should still be fine if we'll just come on.

I suppose he thought Witten would box out a corner rather than let him cut underneath. I know I would have. Romo threw it in the same spot he always does for Witten when they run this play.
Not sure why the Cowboys went away from using Witten at all for most of the game, but I'm sure that had to be a big reason for our struggles. When I have a chance I'll see if I can see anything GB did that might have kept him a non-factor.

"Because a fumble was ruled on the field we can't review to see who recovered the ball" What the hell was that? And yes, it is 15 yards for unsportsmanlike conduct for throwing a challenge flag when you have no challenges left.
One of the worst officiated games I've ever seen. I've probably seen worse, but can't remember when.
May not have affected the result but who knows. GB would have had only 10 points instead of 17.

Jason Garrett is the most over rated coach in the NFL. First and goal from the 1 yard line. Give the ball to Marion Barber ... until he scores! It's not rocket science!!!!

Everybody knows I'm not a fan that thinks Romo is one of the best, but he is certainly above average. There is absolutely NO reason to throw INTs inside the 10 on 1st down. He's done it over & over year after year. There is no justification for throwing any kind of dangerous pass on 1st down & goal. You have to throw it away and go to the next play. You don't force a ball on 1st down.

Ok watch the play closely. He did not force the pass to Witten. He just missed his mark and the db made a good break to get it. If the ball had of been in front or up just a little, it would be TD Dallas. I was looking for a run on the play and felt a bootleg would work with all the players looking pass.

Oh I watched the play. I ran it back several times. He never took his eye off of his intended target. You cannot throw that pass when the receiver is covered on 1st down. This buddy-buddy stuff with Witten is disturbing. Yes Witten is our best player, but it's all too predictable.
Where oh where is this run first offense we were promised? This is the proof this team has no idea what direction it wants to go. They have absolutely abondoned their own plan. It is the head coach's responsibility.
