this makes twice that the rangers were snubbed at awards. how did washington not get this? after he wins the west next year will they give it to him? how about justin smoak the roy? guess we'll see.

Washington didn't deserve the award. He managed his way out of the playoffs.

yea...cuz just anyone can manage their way into the playoffs with half your team being rookies or 2nd year players right?

washington deserved it...but mike scoscia did a good job this year...maybe got a little extra look his way because of the midseason tragedy the team had to face, which is horrible. i think scoscia deserved it

I'll be a Rangers fan until the day I die, but IMHO, Wash didn't deserve to win the award over Scoscia. He's a great manager but until he gets his team to the postseason, guys that do make the playoffs will deserve it more.
