Who was the only NBA player to score 4,000 points in a single season?
No player in D1 has ever scored 4,000 in a career, but Travis Grant scored 4,045 points for Kentucky St. (D2)
Ballaholic the answer to your quesstion is Wilt Chamberlain.
Next ??: Name one of only two players to score 2,000 points and grab 2,000 rebounds in their NCAA career, and this is D1 players only.

When you average 50.4 a game for a whole season like Wilt did, you get to 4000 rather quickly like Chamberlain did in the 1961-62 season.
