Rains will be 2A, Mineola 2A, Winnsboro 2A, Quitman 2A, looks like the old district is coming together. Throw in Hawkins and Harmony you have a pretty competive district. Go to Region ll.

From a high district official, Winnsboro, Mount Vernon,and Rains will stay 3a. Rains is growing.

The numbers that I was looking at are pure speculation! The UIL is the only party that knows the numbers that all member schools reported.

Yes Fast they may be a weak district in Football and blasted in the playoffs but in girls bastketball they would do the blasting.
