Got this from a VERY reliable source today. Our new 1A district---- Grapeland,Latexo(basketball/baseball)Groveton,Lovelady,Normangee,Iola!! Whew very tough!! Alto is going north I was told.

Sounds plausible but honestly, I don't think the UIL has even started to look at the new districts yet. And they are so tight-lipped about it once they do, I would not believe any "reliable sources." Just have to wait and see.

Rumors and hearsay. The UIL will NOT release ANY information at all until February 2. Any UIL employee that leaks that info could endanger his/her job.

We'll see I guess but I am not just saying reliable source,I know it's a reliable source. Not sure if I am glad or sad,but this will be a tough district.I remember some years ago the Sandies went to Iola thinking easy game and got beaten badly,they seem to always be good.
