I noticed that District 7-AAAA is comprised of 11 Fort Worth schools. Has there ever been an 11-team district before? I don't remember that I have seen one before.

Some of those teams maybe basketball only.

The printout I got from the UIL does not identify any of the schools as Basketball Only.

Ten game season all district games; whew, not a lot of room for getting ready there! lol

As far as I know all these teams play football. I think they have a championship game at the end of the year similiar to conference championships in college.

Two zones -- the last game is a playoff, 1st vs. 1st, 2nd vs. 2nd, etc.
But they still got the shaft from the UIL.
There's a 7-team district next door. At the very least, UIL and FWISD could have picked one school to go even out that district.
